What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 5:15 PM to allow time for finding your seat. If you are using the provided transportation from the Westin at the Woodlands, please be ready at 4:45 PM. Please be sure to use the address “1 Carlton Woods Drive”, and not “Carlton Woods” as it will take you to the wrong clubhouse.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask you dress in black-tie optional attire. Women are encouraged to wear a floor-length gown or cocktail dress, while men should choose between a tuxedo or dark suit with a tie. We kindly request that women avoid white, cream, or ivory colors, and that men refrain from wearing jeans or sneakers.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 9th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP by the given date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Events will have personalized seating arrangements and will include RSVP’d guests only.

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation from The Westin at the Waterway to and from the venue beginning at 4:45 P.M. through the end of the event. For those wishing to drive, there will be valet at the venue. For those who don't wish to drive or use the provided transportation, there are Ubers available in the area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are unable to accommodate them at our wedding.

Can I take pictures and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking pictures and videos during the ceremony, we'd like that time to be unplugged. However, feel free to take as many as you'd like during cocktail hour and reception.
