Israel in June is beautiful Temperatures are usually in the high 80's (27C), 90's (32C). Kerem Marahal will be more hot and humid (like New York or Miami) and breezy.

We recommend taking a taxi to the event. However, there are 35 parking spaces available that you can use at the venue.

The dress code is smart casual. No shorts. No sandals.

Will Israel be safe in June?

Answer

Given the current situation in Israel, we understand that you might have concerns about safety. Please know that the well-being of our guests is our utmost priority. Despite recent events, life in Israel continues with people engaging in their daily activities, celebrating weddings, meeting friends, and upholding a sense of community. Tel Aviv remains a vibrant and welcoming city. While we are mindful of the current situation, we are confident in hosting our wedding and associated events in and around Tel Aviv, which is known for its lively spirit and relative safety. We will keep an eye on developments and take necessary precautions to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as we learn more about the situation. We hope and pray the situation will improve in the coming weeks.

What safety precautions are available?

Answer

The wedding location is in a part of Israel that has not experienced any sirens or rocket attacks. Due to the iron dome and Israel's defence infrastructure there have been no civilian deaths from rockets in Israel in 2023. Almost all building in Israel contain bomb shelters that anyone can use in case of emergency.

Could the wedding be cancelled?

Answer

Our guest' safety is our highest priority. If circumstances in Israel change and the threat of a new war is imminent we will cancel the wedding. Please make sure all hotel and travel tickets are booked as refundable.

I'm coming from out of town where should I stay?

Answer

We have provided a number a hotel recommendations on the "travel tab" of this website. We have included hotel options in a number of locations all about 90 minutes taxi drive or less from the wedding venue. We have also provided discount codes for certain hotels which provide up to 10% off your stay!

What is the best way to order a cab or to use buses?

Answer

Gett Taxi and Yango Taxi are apps you can download for ordering cabs throughout Israel. Moovit is the best and most accurate app for public transportation.

When should we arrive in Israel?

Answer

Anytime before the wedding (June 6th)! We will be hosting some events in the days prior and following the wedding so we recommend, coming from Monday 3rd June to Saturday 8th June if possible. Israel is a wonderful place so feel free to make a summer holiday out of your trip!

Is there transportation from TLV to the wedding venue & back?

Answer

Yes, we have organized a bus that will travel round trip to and from Tel Aviv and one from Jerusalem. Outside of this let us know as we can arrange taxis to help take you to and from the event.

Do people speak English in Israel?

Answer

YES. The majority of people speak English so don't be shy!!

Do they tip in restaurants? and if so how much?

Answer

It is customary to tip your waiter around 12%.

What if I have specific dietary requirements?

Answer
