We're getting married!

We were introduced through Brad's Bestman, Astin, in 2012, when I was in DC for summer break. Brad and I quickly discovered that we grew up around the corner from one another and our parents knew of one another. We spent the summer together, and by August, we shared those three magic words, "I love you". When it was time for me to return to Temple for the fall semester we weren't willing to say goodbye. I spent many long hours on the Megabus going to DC and Brad drove thousands of miles to Philadelphia to be with me. After graduating, I moved back to D.C. to be with Brad, and the rest is history!

We were in Mexico when Brad asked me to marry him. Brad tells me he was very anxious to propose. He thought he might propose after our snorkeling excursion but he couldn't find a secure spot to stow the ring while we got in the water, so he snorkeled with the ring in his pocket!
