What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

The easiest way to get to and from our wedding venue is by taking advantage of the charter bus we have arranged. It will provide transportation between the Courtyard Marriott Lake Nona and the wedding venue, ensuring a convenient and stress-free journey for all our guests. What time does the charter bus leave from and return to the hotel?

Answer

The charter bus will depart from the entrance of the Courtyard hotel at 3:30 PM. Please ensure you're ready and waiting at the hotel entrance at least 10 minutes prior to departure to avoid any delays. The charter bus will be available to take guests back to the hotel, departing from the wedding venue at 10:45 PM and 12:00 AM.

Answer

Yes, there is street parking available in the surrounding residential neighborhood. We encourage guests to arrive early to find a convenient spot.

Can I take the charter bus if I am not staying at the Courtyard hotel?

Answer

Yes, there is a complimentary public parking garage located across from the Courtyard hotel that you may park in. The pick up location for the charter bus will be at the entrance of the Courtyard Lake Nona hotel.

We recommend arriving at 4:00 PM for the wedding ceremony to ensure you have time to find your seat and settle in before it begins.

We love your little ones, but unless your child's name is listed on the invitation, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for them. Thank you for understanding!

Our wedding will be held outdoors on the lawn. We’ll also have a large tent set up to ensure everyone is comfortable throughout the celebration.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

semi-formal attire is perfect for our springtime celebration by the lake. The outdoor, grassy setting calls for dresses or jumpsuits with wedges, block heels, or flats for women, and lightweight suits or blazers with slacks for men. Embrace spring colors or soft, natural tones to complement the lakeside setting.

We're excited to have 4 Rivers BBQ catering both passed appetizers at cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner featuring a variety of their delicious barbecue dishes. Entrée options will include brisket, chicken, and salmon. For dessert, we’ll be serving a sweet selection of Krispy Kreme donuts.
