Shuttle from Group Hotel to the Ceremony

Bus transportation will be provided to The Olana, leaving The Embassy Suites DFW Airport North at approximately 3:30 PM and returning to the hotel at approximately 10:00 or 10:15 PM. If you have reserved a spot on the bus, please look for a sign in the lobby with directions. Look for Premier Transportation buses on the West side entrance of the building where you will see a covered porte-cochère. Reservation window closed on 11/20, but you are free to see if there is any available room on the bus in the event of last-minute cancellations. Shuttle from Airport to Hotel

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Shuttles are available from 6 AM to 10:30 PM daily from the DFW Airport to Embassy Suites DFW Airport North. Please follow these instructions: Arrival 1. Locate Purple Shuttle Pick Up Signs ▪ Lower Terminal A5, A35, B7, B46, C4, C35, D5, D33, E10, E36 2. Call 972-724-2600 ▪ Please ensure that you are at the proper shuttle pick up location prior to calling. 3. Driver will be dispatched to pick you up as soon as possible. Please anticipate at least a 15-minute wait, with a possible 30-minute wait during periods of high demand. Departure Shuttles should depart to DFW every 30 minutes from the hotel. No reservation is needed, but please verify the schedule with the front desk.
