welcome to our beginning.

The two of us met while attending Texas A&M and reconnected after college on a ski trip with friends. I (Allison) was pretty smitten from the start, and knew this guy was something special. It took Hunter a little while to make some moves, but after our first real date at The Mill in Abilene, we both kind of knew we'd found our person! We dated long distance for just over a year before getting engaged, as Hunter was busy going through pilot training for the US Air Force, and I was finishing up Physical Therapy school. Hunter's proposal was a DREAM. He caught me completely by surprise while we were in Colorado (where it all started!) and proposed at a lake in the mountains. As if the shock of the proposal wasn't enough for one day, he had my whole family waiting for us back at the cabin! We will be moving to Spokane, Washington after the wedding so that Hunter can begin life as a KC- 135 pilot and I can start practicing PT! Through dating & engagement spent long distance, lots of uncertainty (shoutout to the Air Force), and some pretty divine timing, we are so aware of God's provision and goodness and could not be more expectant of the good things He has waiting for us in Washington!
