We want our guests to have an enjoyable, lively and safe night. A shuttle bus will be provided to guests to and from the three Baraboo hotels where we have rooms blocks. Pick ups will begin at 2:45 PM at the Fairfield Hotel. Another Pickup is Scheduled for 3:00 at Fairfield and 3:15 at Best Western/Clarion. Pickups will take place at the entrance of each hotel in a Baraboo Bar Buddies Van and guests will be dropped off at the Baraboo Arts Center prior to the ceremony. There is a brewery and bar across and down the street of the venue if you're looking for a place to kill some time beforehand. Shuttle service will begin pick up at the Baraboo Arts Center at 10:30 PM returning back to the Baraboo Fairfield Inn, Clarion and Best Western and continue until the reception ends or all the guests are picked up. The shuttle bus service is volunteer based, so guests are encouraged to tip if able to.
