What is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We ask that all our friends and family respond at the latest by July 26, 2024.

What should I do if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

Don't worry at all as we know that schedules can change frequently! Should you need to make any adjustments to your RSVP please contact Allie directly via email (allie.weiller@gmail.com) or text/call (914-274-1253).

When and where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be hosted at Quonquont Farm in Whately, Massachusetts on September 6, 2024 from 4-10pm.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests attending the Welcome Party on September 5th wear cocktail attire and wear formal attire to the wedding on September 6th. Formal attire consists of tuxedos or dark suits for men and mid-length or floor-length dresses for women. Please note that the wedding takes place at an indoor/outdoor facility and footwear should be appropriate for grass.

Will there be parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, ample amount of parking is available on site should you want to drive.

Will there be on-site transportation at the wedding for those who need assistance?

Answer

Yes, the venue has golf carts available for those who need assistance moving about the location, specifically from the ceremony to the social hour and reception. In order to take advantage of this, simply find a Quonquont Farm personnel on-site and request a pick up.

When should I be at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive to the ceremony at 3:30pm as the procession will begin promptly at 4:00pm. You are welcome to drive yourself, but shuttles will also be provided from the Courtyard Marriott Hadley-Amherst and the Inn on Boltwood. Please visit the Schedule page for more information.

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles to and from the Courtyard Marriott Hadley-Amherst and the Inn on Boltwood. The shuttles will depart at 2:00pm and 2:30pm respectively to bring guests to the wedding and directly following the wedding we will have shuttles transporting people to the after party, the Courtyard Marriott or the Inn on Boltwood. Should you plan to attend the after party you can request Ubers at your leisure to return back to your accommodations.

Will there be an after party following the wedding?

Answer

Of course! If you want to join there will be the opportunity to join us at Protocol in Amherst following the wedding until 1am. Light bites and a welcome drink will be provided, but the rest is on you. Please bring your ID for entry.

Are there any other events around the wedding?

Answer

The wedding weekend wouldn't be complete without some additional festivities. Should your schedule allow we would love to welcome all guests to attend our Welcome Party on September 5th at the Inn on Boltwood from 7:00-10:00pm. Additionally, a few of us will be at the nearby Black Birch Vineyard on September 7th from 12:30-3:00pm for a casual celebration of Allie's 30th Birthday should want to swing by. Food and wine will be available for purchase on site.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love all your children, we ask that for this occasion they do not attend unless specifically invited.

Is there a wedding hashtag for social media sharing?

Answer

There sure is! For those who are active on social media, and still use hashtags, we encourage you to tag #TilTheWeillsFallOff so we can enjoy all the memories you want to share.

What is the best way to get to Amherst/Whately?

Answer

We recommend driving, but should you be out of driving distance then please look to fly into Hartford (Bradley International), NYC or Boston. For those flying, you'll need to coordinate additional transportation from the airport via car, train or bus. The train (Amtrak) is readily available as well as the Peter Pan Bus. What hotels do you recommend?

Answer

There are many quaint places to stay in the area, but we recommend the Inn on Boltwood or the Courtyard Marriott Hadley-Amherst. Should neither of those be available then the Deerfield Inn or local Airbnbs are great options.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! We want to be sure all of our guests are comfortable so we request any allergy accommodations to be shared with us during the RSVP process.
