On a cold December night, ok not that cold we live in North Carolina, Will and Allie met at Dilworth Tasting Room for their first date. After wine and getting to know each other the two knew they just had to see each other again! The dates continued, dinner together, making cheese boards, meeting each other’s friends, exploring Charlotte, Will could not wait to ask Allie to be his girlfriend. On Valentine's Day of 2020 Will asked Allie to be his girlfriend, and the two knew it was love. This began their official relationship together! Beginning a relationship during a pandemic was interesting to say the least, but a good way to get to know each other! As Will and Allie worked from home and had a lot of free time, something was missing. That is when Will decided it was about time to get a dog, and the best dog in the world was adopted in April, Gryffin. Life together got better and better as time went on and their love grew more every day. Fast forward to March of 2023, Will asked Allie to move in with him – YAS! She was over the moon, but not as much as she would be on June 25, 2023. On the yearly family beach trip Will shocked Allie and the world by getting down on one knee at the beach and asking Allie to marry him. The easiest yes, she has ever said in her LIFE. And the rest is history!!!

Let's set the scene: Carolina Beach, North Carolina at Sunset after dinner the Sigmon family all ventured to the beach to take family photos. Allie was excited to get a good photo with Will and Gryffin all wearing white, tan, on the beach. This would be a perfect photo to frame in their home. After we took the family photos everyone told Allie and Will to go take some more by the water, nothing weird here! Until Will said "let me change Gryffin's bandana first" it did not register until Allie read the bandana..."My Humans are getting married!" Shocked Allie looked at Will getting down on one knee pulling out a ring, Allie saying yes of course 1 million times and let me tell you there were tears SHED!
