We have reserved a block of rooms offered at a reduced price. When making a reservation Follow these steps: Go to https://bowlinggreen.place.hyatt.com/, then choose Arrival date Sept 13th -15th, Click Special rates drop down, enter in Corporate Code/Group Code: G-VIBW, click “Check Availability”, from there, you can choose your room type and book a reservation. This hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle to and from our wedding venue. The last day to get the room at a discounted rate is August 7th.

A shuttle will be going back and forth from the hotel to the wedding. The shuttle will end at 11. IF PLANNING ON TAKING AN UBER PLEASE READ BELOW! There is NO cell phone reception at the venue, so if you plan on drinking and taking an Uber to the venue please prepay for your uber to come back and pick up at 11.
