Just in case you have some questions, we have some answers for you!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 10th, 2022.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to new policies from our venue to limit the size of events because of COVID-19, +1s can only be offered on a request only basis, unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We will do our best to accommodate as many requests as we can. Please get your requests in as soon as possible as we will be issuing them on a first come, first serve basis.

Question

What are the COVID-19 safety precautions?

Answer

This wedding is VACCINATED ONLY. You MUST be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend. Our venue has a mandated vaccine policy. NO ONE WHO HAS NOT BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19 WILL BE PERMITTED TO ATTEND. The event will be outdoors, but to use the bathroom or go indoors, you will be required to wear a mask, per the venue's policy. Keep in mind, New York City has a vaccine mandate for all indoor public spaces.

Question

What are the COVID-19 policies FOR OVERSEAS GUESTS?

Answer

All guests arriving from outside of the U.S. will need to be vaccinated against COVID-19. This is a mandate from the U.S. government. You will also have to provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to be able to board a plane headed to the U.S. (this is the policy as of right now). Please plan accordingly!

Question

What are the COVID-19 policies for my hotel?

Answer

Hotels will have their own policies and procedures regarding COVID-19. However, keep in mind, New York City has a vaccine mandate to enter most public areas. This includes: restaurants, theaters, movie theaters, bars, museums and more.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm ET. We ask that guests are seated by 3:50pm ET at the latest. This means you should try to arrive by 3:30pm ET to make sure you are situated by the time the ceremony starts.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be held outside in a botanical garden and we encourage our guests to be comfortable. That said, we're going for semi-formal attire among guests. Think sundresses and khakis with a button up. However, bold choices are welcome (at your own risk).

Question

How do I travel to and from my hotel to the venue?

Answer

The majority of the hotels we've got room rates with are located a 15 minute walk from the venue. However, if you need transportation, Ubers and Lyfts can be easily hailed in the area through their apps. In addition, you can hail a yellow or green cab. Hotels will also be able to help you coordinate a ride.

Question

How do I book my hotel room?

Answer

Go to the "Hotels" tab on this website to see the places where we have preferred room rates. The rates are in effect from Friday, September 9th, 2022 to Sunday, September 11th, 2022. However, you are more than welcome to stay longer if you wish, but you may not receive the same discounted rate from the hotel. There is also a list of other hotels near the venue that do not offer discounted rates for wedding guests, but are still reasonably priced.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 regulations and to keep the guest list as tight as possible, we are having a child-free wedding. However, if this is a huge issue for you, please reach out to the bride or groom and we will do our best to work with you. Believe us, you don't want your child to see the last hour of the reception (or the first, if we're being honest).

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please send in any food allergies or other dietary requirements with your RSVP. We will have a variety of food options available and we will do our best to accommodate all restrictions.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue does have a parking lot for visitors.
