Is there a dress code?

Answer

I know it's June in Florida, but we are asking guests to keep their attire semi-formal to formal for our wedding. Suits and cocktail dresses are requested!

Is the event outdoors?

Answer

Yes - the ceremony and cocktail hour are located outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour is partially covered. The reception will be indoors.

Question

Will transportation to and from the venue be provided?

Answer

Yes, we will have busses to take guests to and from the venue safely so you can enjoy the fun of the night! Please note that the pickup for the busses will be at our room block hotels. The bus will pick up guests first from the Hampton Inn Hotel at 3:30pm and then continue on to the Springhill Inn and Suites. After the night is over, busses will return guests to their hotels. If you plan to join us at the after party, please get off when the bus drops off at the Hampton Inn Hotel. Palace Saloon is located just across the street!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. If you wish to drive your own vehicle, there is parking at the venue.

Is there a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes! Following the 30-45 minute ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour located a few steps away from the ceremony location. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located on the same property.

Are kids welcome?

We are wishing for an adult-only party to enjoy all the fun and festivities!

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Of course!! We are planning to continue the party at Palace Saloon located at 117 Centre St, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. This place is claimed to be the oldest bar in Florida! Drinks will be on your own to purchase. If you are taking our provided transportation and plan to join us at the after party, please get off when the bus drops off at the Hampton Inn Hotel. Palace Saloon is located just across the street!

Where is the happy couple honeymoon-ing?

Answer

The Monday following the wedding, we will be heading to the Azores islands for a week long honeymoon!
