Arrival

Guests will be greeted upon arrival with water, juice, or champagne.
Ceremony
3:00 pm
Ceremony will last around a half hour and is outside. Some shade is available but not guaranteed. Handheld fans will be available to every guest. Please choose wherever you would like to sit, no need to stick to a specific side!
Cocktail Hour
3:30 pm

Cocktail hour will take place right around the corner, outside. Large umbrellas and shade are available, as well as some seating. Appetizers and light bites will be passed and the open bar will begin serving your drinks! Try our signature cocktails or order whatever you know you like.
Reception
4:30 pm
The reception will take place in a covered tent right around the corner. Your table assignments will either be listed in your program or displayed at the reception entrance!
Dinner and dancing!
5:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Dinner will be buffet style with vegetarian and GF options available. Bar will be open all night. Make sure you are ready to hit that dance floor after!
After Party
9:30 pm
For anyone who is able and wanting, we invite you to join us for a continuation of our celebration! Transportation will be provided to our rented villa, where we will continue the party with drinks, pizza, games, fire-pits, and swimming/jacuzzi if you so choose!
