Travel Requirements

While Puerto Rico may not require a passport to enter there are still some COVID travel restrictions to consider. See below.
Question

Do I need to submit a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination to enter Puerto Rico?

Answer

Yes! When you land you will need to provide either proof of vaccination or negative COVID test results within 72 hours of arriving on the island. Before boarding or once you land go to the gov site (linked below) & fill out a travel declaration and upload a picture of your respective document. Will the venue require proof of negative COVID results or vaccination card?

Answer

Yes! Please fill out the form and submit your vaccination card by 12-15 or negative covid results by 12-29. Test must be taken 72 hours prior to the wedding on December 30th. If you are not vaccinated & arriving more than 72 hours before December 30th you will need to take another COVID test. There is a rapid COVID site near the hotel that can provide results within the hour. Is there a mask mandate in Puerto Rico?

Answer

Yes, a mask is required inside restaurants & bars, but once seated they may be removed. Generally, when indoors a mask is required & up to the discretion of the business. Shuttle transportation will be provided from the hotel/Aguadilla condo. Masks are required on the shuttle.
