Question
How do the provided shuttles work?
Answer
If you book a hotel or an AirBnb/VRBO rental that is within the shuttle radius, please include the address where you will be staying with your RSVP. Shuttles will pick you up and drop you off from your location. The transportation company will create a route and everyone will receive a time to be outside. Please be ready to head out the door at your allotted time so that the trip can run smoothly. At the end of the night, the shuttles will come back to the venue to take you home. *If you are not yet sure if you will need shuttle service, we ask that you let us know at the latest, a month before the wedding (May 15th) so that the transportation company can figure out logistics!

If I don't take the shuttle can I just take an Uber?
Answer
Sadly, no. There is next to no cell service in the area (let's get off the grid for a few days!) so getting an Uber or Lyft isn't possible. However, there are local car services that you can make arrangements with to get picked up and dropped off if that is a better option for you.

What should I wear?
Answer
We want everyone to look and feel beautiful but also to be comfortable! The wedding will happen across 4 locations: the pine grove for the ceremony, cocktail hour overlooking the mountains, dinner in the pavilion, and then dancing in the barn (and then a 5th location for the diehards: a bonfire with s'mores!) So wear something you feel comfortable walking in (especially the shoes) but be ready to look your best for the photos! *Also, ladies you might want to bring a light jacket for the evening*

What if I'm not sure if I can come to the welcome gathering yet?
Answer
Not a problem. Just let us know a few weeks before the wedding so that we can ensure we have enough food and drinks for everyone!
