May 2016 (Montreal - McGill Grad Ball): After 7 months of dating, our first photo together!

June 2016 (Montreal - McGill Graduation): Our short time in Montreal together was unforgettable – scaling icy Ch. Olstead, Burnside 911, midnight meals, and trying Ethiopian food together.

July 2017 (Nahatlach National Park): After graduating, we moved back to Vancouver, where we took our first trip together – camping in the BC interior

August 2017 (Chengdu, China - Panda Research Center): Emily's three loves: pandas, bubble tea, and Alistair

August 2017 (Jiayuguan, China): Our first galloping vacation took us to the western reaches of the Great Wall.

August 2017 (Dunhuang, China): We braved the Gobi Desert with Bobby

May 2018 (near Chiang Mai, Thailand): When Emily ran out of bananas, the elephants started bullying Alistair

June 2018 (Penang, Malaysia - Wonder Food Museum): Some relationships are built on trust; ours is built on durian

October 2018 (Mexico City - Teotihuacán): While Alistair did his MA in Toronto, Emily stayed in Vancouver. We met in the middle: Mexico City

Feb 2017 (Toronto - City Hall): Between skating, chimney cakes, and living with Bert, we have fond memories of Toronto

July 2019 (Watford, England - Harry Potter Studios): As part of a Paris-Scotland-England trip, Emily fulfilled her Harry Potter dreams and we swapped sizes for a day

NEW YORK (The Met Museum) - We moved to New York for Alistair's PhD in the year of CoVID-19. We had our first NYC hot dogs three years later in 2022.
