Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony. This will allow you time to relax and converse with other guests and make your way to your seat prior to the ceremony start.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We recommend cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets, slacks, etc. Please no jeans or khakis.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invitation in order to stay within budget.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you are able to enjoy the evening with us!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting the ceremony will be held outdoors so please plan to dress accordingly! Both the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors with opportunities to walk around outside and use the outdoor amenities.

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotels to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bus running between all three hotels and the venue beginning at 3 to take you to Deerfield! Please plan on catching a bus, if needed, no later than 4pm in order to have time to find a seat for the ceremony! There will also be transportation provided back to the hotel following the reception!

Will Gus be there?

Answer

Due to his size and level of excitability, Gus will unfortunately not be in attendance. We will send him your warmest regards!
