There will be an informative email that will be forward to you from the venue coordinator. There is a 10min walk so what you bring in you must also walk back out. ** No strollers/wagons/large items will be allowed.**
2 Pairs of shoes: You will need to bring "walking shoes" for the short trail from the parking area to the venue and then you will need your "party shoes". For the ladies - we recommend flats or bigger heeled shoes and not fine tipped high heels as they will sink into the forest floor and make it difficult to walk comfortably.
We are having Jack's BBQ catered with the following items served buffet style: Main Meats: Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Chicken Sides: Coleslaw, Cornbread, Mac & Cheese, Chili Drinks: variety of soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, H2O *If there is a dietary restriction/request please contact us :)

We will be there rain or shine! If the weather turns and becomes unsafe for us to be outside we will move the par-tay to another location. The venue has bug spray on site in case we need it.
