We can't wait to celebrate with you!

We met in the spring of 2006 in downtown Santa Barbara, California, when I decided I needed to talk to this interesting man in a cowboy hat, pearl snap shirt, and belt buckle. We were hitting it off, but when Mac offered to take me out on a horseback riding date, I knew I had  to see him again. We bonded over our love for the outdoors through ocean kayaking, hiking, fishing, and yes, horseback riding.    We live in Alpine, Utah with our three hunting dogs, Call, Roscoe, and Hitch. Mac is a wildlife specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture. Alisa runs her own ecommerce marketing agency. 

Mac beckoned for me to come over to him at our home. To my great surprise he was down on one knee with a ring on a deer antler. I said "YES!" and we were engaged. It was spontaneous, heartfelt, and beautiful.
