Bilbao Airport

Bilbao has an airport that connects you to Madrid and Barcelona in under an hour. If you're flying in from LA or Atlanta, the best option is to do a layover in Madrid via Iberia flight. Alternatively, you can choose to do a layover in Paris via Air France, Munich via Lufthansa, or Amsterdam via KLM.

From the airport to Bilbao

It is a 15-minute drive from the airport to the city center. Taxis are available, but if you are staying in downtown, we suggest taking the bus. The bus runs daily every 20 minutes, and the ticket costs 3€
