A bank of rooms are blocked off at a discounted rate! Mention our names when making your reservation! BE SURE TO BOOK BY FEB 26th to get the discounted rate! You can also go online (from a computer, not a phone- I know, it’s silly) and choose the dates, and click the box that says SPECIAL RATES, then click on GROUP CODE, and put in CGBENK, and then search rooms, and then UPDATE to get the rate of 89 dollars instead of 129! You will know it works because you will see our last names show up next to all of the room choices! We can also be found in the bar/longe area of the hotel from 10-1 that evening for discounted drinks just for us!

Shuttle Information for Saturday, March 14th For your convenience, a shuttle service will be provided to get you to the ceremony and back from the reception. Please meet out front during the following times to catch the shuttle, it will run continuously: 3:30-4:15 – shuttle to the ceremony (ceremony begins at 4:30) 4:50-5:15- shuttle from the ceremony to the reception (diagonally across the street, but you may not want to do that walk in nice shoes! The cocktail hour begins at 5:00) 9:15-10:20 – shuttle from outside of the reception back to the hotel
