Parking at and around the venue is very limited, so please use the shuttle to move back and forth from the hotel to the church and venue. Shuttles are provided.

Please plan to arrive at the church at least fifteen minutes before the ceremony starts.
While we welcome everyone to join us at the ceremony, we respectfully ask that all little ones under thirteen stay home and get those much needed zzzzz’s during the reception.

The dress code is semi-formal to formal.
The shuttle schedule is as follows. The shuttle will only pick-up and drop-off guests at the Fairfield Inn. 3:15 PM -1st shuttle run to church 3:55 PM- 2nd shuttle run to church 5:40 PM- 1st shuttle run to venue 5:50 PM- 2nd Shuttle Run to venue 8:45 PM- Shuttle available to make a trip back to hotel 9:45 PM- Shuttle available to make trip back to hotel 10:45- PM- Shuttle available for final run at event conclusion (event ends at 10:30 PM)
