The ceremony is planned for outdoors (weather permitting) right next to the Pioneer Barn. The reception will be held inside the barn.
Parking for the ceremony/reception will be in the parking lot in front of the Pioneer Barn. Guests can leave their cars parked overnight (if needed). All cars must be picked up the following morning before 10AM.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire.
Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
The ceremony begins at 4pm. Please arrive early enough to find a seat and socialize before the ceremony begins! :)
Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and snacks before dinner begins at 6PM.
The bar at our reception will be accepting CARD ONLY. No cash will be accepted. The bar will also be asking for ID of ALL guests who order a drink, so make sure to bring yours!
We will be supplying beer kegs along with open bar for a portion of the evening. There will be a cash bar for any mixed drinks past that point during the reception. Due to venue policy and regulations, bringing in any outside alcoholic beverages is not permitted.
We would like to have all RSVPs in by February 15 in order for us to get everything organized for the guests who will be attending.
You will be missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
