Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the reception?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle service from the Hampton Inn to Solitude Golf Course and back to the hotel.

Can I bring my kids?

Although we love all your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited seating. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family.

Is there a gap between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Yes, there is about a 2 hour gap between the ceremony and reception. The ceremony is about a 30 minute drive to the reception venue.

We are asking our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony time. So please try to arrive by 3:15 pm :)
