How Do I RSVP?

Answer

You will receive your official invitation sometime in July of 2024. Following its arrival you will be able to return to this website to RSVP with your meal choice and any allergies you may have.

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. The dress code for this event is cocktail attire. No jeans please! The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, please plan accordingly.

Can I Bring A Guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Can I Bring My Children?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invite and when you RSVP to the event, this is an adult only event.

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 PM CST. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before.

Will There Be A Shuttle?

Answer

For guests staying at Tru by Hilton in Stoughton, there will be a shuttle service to and from the venue throughout the event. Please note that there is limited space on the shuttle and plan accordingly. Stay tuned for the day-of shuttle schedule.

Where Do I Park?

Answer

The Fields Reserve has a large parking lot to accommodate all of our guests. Our #1 priority is having our guests avoid unsafe interactions. If you are planning on drinking and are staying at Tru by Hilton in Stoughton, please utilize the shuttle service. Otherwise, Madison has plenty of ride share options like Lyft and Uber!
