We will have four shuttles to take guests to and from the hotel to the venue. Pick up Location: Icona Avalon Resort Departure Time Starts: 4:15 pm *The four shuttles will make two trips to the venue so the first will start at 4:15pm with them returning around 4:40pm to pick up the remaining guests. Departure from the venue starts at 9:00 pm. The reception doesn't end until 10:30pm, the other shuttles will be available for guests staying later and will continue to make trips until the end of the event.
