What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is 100% outdoors. There will be a tent at reception and shade provided by trees. Please dress accordingly and bring along any bug spray or sunscreen.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

This is a technology free ceremony, so that everyone can enjoy the day. We have a fantastic photographer and we are more than happy to send people the pictures of the day once we receive them! However, feel free to take as many pictures as you want during the reception.

Who can I bring?

Answer

If your invitation say “and guest” then you can bring another person. If your invitation does not include this then we prefer that it would just be you.

Where should I park?

Answer

The Monk Gardens has designated event parking which is the grassy lawn in front of the main entrance.

Can I bring my children or pets?

Answer

Unless specified on your invite, we prefer you leave your two and four-legged children at home. We want you to enjoy our day with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

The theme is casual garden party, meaning sun dresses, floral patterns, polos, etc. The gardens are mainly grass and gravel, so please keep that in mind with shoe choices.
