Jeff and Alexis knew each other through mutual friends at Menomonee Falls High School. The couple were close friends for about a year. They talked every single day. They met up sometimes and after each time they created an even stronger bond of friendship and feelings. After a few more months went by Jeff finally had the courage to ask Alexis out on a date.
 
Jeff took Alexis to Fox and Hounds restaurant in Richfield, WI. At dinner they both were so nervous. But the date went better than they both could have imagined. So much laughter, smiles, and good stories shared. 

After dinner they walked out to the car and let the vehicle warm up a little bit before leaving. In that time Jeff asked Alexis to be his girlfriend! 

On January 19th, 2018 the couple officially started dating. 

They have created so many great memories over the years. The love for one another grew every day. After being together for 4.5 years, on July 15, 2022 Jeffrey Kleser got down on one knee and asked Alexis Erickson to marry him!
