When should I book my hotel?

Answer

Before October 31st! The earlier the better. Not only is it New Years Eve, but it is also the Sugar Bowl so hotels and airbnbs book up fast. If blocks are not booked by November 1st, the hotels will open up available rooms to the public.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love to see all our friends and family get dressed up with us! The attire is black-tie optional. This consist of black suits for the men and floor length dresses/jumpsuits for the women. The bride and groom have also asked all guest to wear black.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we have decided that our wedding will be an adult-only event. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day!

Who can I bring?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those who are formally invited. When RSVPing, you will be allotted a number of people (including children and plus 1s) from your household. If not stated when RSVPing, please do not bring additional guests. Ceremony and reception will be adult only events unless stated on your invitation/RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking our guests to refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. Our lovely photographer and his team will be snapping photos we all can enjoy!

Will there be dinner and drinks served?

Answer

There will be a buffet-styled dinner as well as an open bar, so enjoy!

Is there transportation the day of the wedding?

Answer

Instead of renting transportation we were lucky enough to book hotel rooms at both the ceremony and reception locations. Everything will be walking distance the day of the wedding. If you are NOT staying at the hotels, both hotels offer valet parking. We will be second lining from ceremony to reception.
