When should we arrive?

Answer

For our out of country guests we recommend arriving in Timisoara on Friday the 23rd of May. We have reserved a number of rooms from Friday-Sunday (see accommodation page). Please confirm your travel details to Sara or Alex if outside the provided days and we will assist you in booking your additional accommodation.

The nearest airports are: Timisoara: 30mins drive to the center Budapest: 3.5 hours drive to central Timisoara Bucharest: 8 hours drive to central Timisoara / 1h flight to Timisoara

Yes, there is limited parking available.

Is there transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Buses have been organized to leave Hotel Mercure Timisoara on Saturday, 24th May at 16:00 and will be returning to the hotel from midnight.
