Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, plus ones will be invited for our engaged or married friends and family only. The number of seats reserved in your honor will be listed on your invitation and on our website when you RSVP.

With the exemption of our flower girls, this will be an adult-only event! We kindly ask that you make additional arrangements for your little ones to ensure everyone can enjoy our celebration. Use this as an excuse to hire a babysitter and have a date night!

We want our guests to dress to impress! Our wedding will be cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear midi to floor-length dresses. Answer

Colorado can be unpredictable, but weather permitting the ceremony will be outside! The dinner and reception will take place indoors at The Oaks ballroom and cocktail lounge.

Answer

Your invitation will include both a QR code linked to our website and an attached paper card to mail in. We are primarily asking guests to RSVP online, but we understand technology is not always reliable for all. Should you need to mail in an RSVP, a pre-addressed envelope will be included in your invitation and can be sent back to us!

We kindly ask guests to RSVP by July 14, 2025. If you have not RSVP by this deadline, we will unfortunately have to mark you as "not coming."

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive at 4:30 and be in their seats by 4:45 to minimize the possibility of guests arriving once the ceremony has begun. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, The Oaks staff will kindly ask you to delay entry into the venue until after the ceremony.

Answer

Your attendance at our wedding is all we could ask for, but if you do have a gift that you want to bring, a gift table and card box will be at the wedding. If you prefer to mail a gift due to travel, please send it to 14260 Barquero Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80921
