What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ceremony to be seated before the start time at 4pm sharp!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Formal dresses for women (please avoid wearing white and I’m not opposed to fun bright colors 😄) Suits/dressy shirt and pants for men

Will the ceremony be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outside. Guests will be allowed into the reception venue during cocktail hour! (There is an outdoor patio where you can visit with everyone as well)

What will the weather be like?

The weather is always unpredictable but plan on August giving us a hot/breezy day!

What will the wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

Ceremony will start promptly at 4pm followed by a cocktail hour. Reception/Dinner begins around 6:30pm More details on timeline will be revealed later.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel parking lot located directly across from The Barn!

What type of food and drinks will be served?

Answer

We will have a cash bar for adult drinks as well as coffee,tea, and lemonade. Dinner menu includes the option between Pot Roast or Marinated chicken! There will be a variety of sides, salad, and dinner rolls provided. There will also be an assortment of cake and desserts, please be mindful of others and don’t take too much.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We prefer phones be off during the ceremony but you are welcome to take as many pictures as you want during the reception!

What is the best way to RSVP?

You just have to mail back the card and envelope included with your invitation.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We NEED rsvp cards back by June 19th. We will not accept any RSVPs after that date.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

We appreciate you just for showing up, but there will be a gift table set up for your convenience!
