FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out by texting or calling us at: 732-678-7201. We know not everyone is a Disney pro and we are here for all your planning needs!
Question

What precautions are you taking against COVID-19?

Answer

Per Disney’s guidelines, our wedding will have a limited guest count. While we wish everyone could be in attendance, we have decided to work within these restrictions. In addition to a limited guest count, we are asking that all guests provide proof of vaccination OR a negative test prior to attendance as the website banner indicates.

Question

Do you have a room block number/discount?

Answer

Here is the room block link: https://book.passkey.com/go/G0817680 We will be offering a room block at the Polynesian, Coronado Springs, and Pop Century. The discounted rate can be found on our Travel page!

Question

Will transportation be provided to the Ceremony and Reception?

Answer

Due to Disney's bus service provided at all resorts, we ask guests to either use the buses to arrive at Magic Kingdom and take the monorail to the Grand Floridian where are ceremony is located or we HIGHLY recommend using Lyft to get to the Grand Floridian for the event. If you do not want to take a Lyft, we urge you to arrive at your resort bus stops at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the ceremony start time. The reception is within walking distance of the ceremony at the Grand Floridian. If you are staying at the Polynesian, there is monorail access on resort property that will take you directly to the Grand Floridian hotel.

Question

Do we have to pay for park tickets?

Answer

Nope! There is no additional fee for wedding guests to enter the park for our wedding or the private Dessert Party. This is our gift to you!
