Chalet View Lodge

Chalet View Lodge is a boutique resort located in Graeagle, CA about 65 miles north of Tahoe and 50 miles west of Reno. We selected the Chalet specifically for its ability to accommodate all of our events and so that all of our guests can stay on site for the weekend (plus, no curfew!). There are 52 rooms on the property, as well as an onsite brewery and a Starbucks. To reserve your room at the venue for our wedding weekend please follow the below instructions: (1) Visit www.chaletviewlodge.com and select "Book Now" (2) Enter COHEN23 into the "Group Code" section (3) Select your arrival and departure dates from the calendar (4) Press "Check Availability" (5) Select the room type most suitable for your party, and press "View Rates" (6) Under Available Offers, press "Reserve" (7) Confirm your reservation by filling out the form on the next page Please do not call the hotel to reserve your room(s) for your stay, the Front Desk will be unable to assist you. If you need assistance with booking a room or editing a room reservation, please email help@chaletview.com. Also, CVL is unable to accommodate early check-in and extended check-out times. Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is 11 am. We hope that you'll consider celebrating the entire weekend with us at CVL from Friday, August 4th - Sunday, August 6th. For anyone with extra time, feel free to arrive on Thursday, August 3rd and/or stay until Monday, August 7th. We'll be there, and we'd love to spend as much time as possible with all of you. For our guests flying in, Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be the easiest and most efficient airport to fly into for domestic (1 hour from the Chalet) and San Francisco International Airport for international (4 hours from the Chalet). We definitely recommend renting a car for the weekend. Please note that Graeagle is quite remote. Ride sharing apps and other technological amenities will not be available. River Pines Resort

For everyone who is able, we'd love for you to stay at Chalet View Lodge as our vision for this wedding weekend is to have as many of us staying at one property as possible. For anyone who isn't able to get a room at CVL or prefers a different option, this rustic resort is a 7-10 minute drive from CVL. There are no Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, etc in Graeagle so keep in mind you will have to drive to CVL for all wedding events if you stay here.

Sleepy Pines Motel

If you'd prefer a budget-friendly option, Sleepy Pines Motel is a clean and charming motel about a 5 minute drive from Chalet View Lodge. There will not be provided transportation between Sleepy Pines and CVL so you will have to drive to CVL for all wedding events if you choose to stay here. There are no Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, etc in the Graeagle area. You can book a room by calling the motel at (530) 832-4291. They do not do online reservations.

Sierra Sky Lodge

This family-style bed and breakfast is another great option for anyone who isn't able to get a room at Chalet View Lodge. This will be the furthest of the options from CVL - it's a 15 minute drive from the venue. There are no Ubers, Lyfts, taxis, etc in the Graeagle area so you will have to drive to and from CVL for all wedding events.
