When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask for you to RSVP by May 1st, 2025.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP (ex: Name: Guest). Thank you for understanding!

Are my children invited?

Answer

Due to guest number restrictions, we are only able to extend the invite to the children of our close family and our wedding party. We are truly sorry, but we are hoping you can use this as a night away and have a date night.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m., please arrive 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Please do not wear white or jeans.

What does the Valet Service entail?

Answer

We are offering free Valet Service for all our guests. The trusted employees of Dellwood Country Club will park your vehicle in either the main lot or the overflow lot and hold your keys in a secure location. At the time of your departure, a Dellwood Country Club employee will bring your vehicle to the front entrance.

Is overnight parking allowed?

Answer

Yes, however, all vehicles left overnight must be picked up by 9:00 AM the following morning (June 8th, 2025).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We understand that some guests may have food allergies. Please add a comment when you RSVP with your request.

Where is the ceremony held at Dellwood Country Club?

Answer

The ceremony will be held behind the country club. If you are unable to take the stairs there is an elevator that will take you to the lower level. If needed, please ask a worker at the country club for assistance.
