Where is the wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
The Ceremony and Reception will be held Friday, October 18th at 5 pm at Clark Gardens (567 Maddux Rd, Weatherford, TX 76088). The ceremony will be outdoors at the Whites Garden and the reception will be held at the East Tent.

How do I get to Clark Gardens?
Answer
The address: 567 Maddux Road, Weatherford, 76088. Beware of smart phone and automated map directions as they may not direct you to Clark Gardens correctly. You are welcome to call the Clark Gardens business office for directions at 940-682-4856. They are open until 5pm. If you are using a GPS device, please use these co-ordinates: Latitude, Longitude 32.803513, -98.022938 Clark Gardens is 3 miles east of Mineral Wells, Texas and 1 mile north of Highway 180. From Highway 180, turn north on Maddux Road and go approximately 1 mile. The entrance to Clark Gardens will be on the right/east side of the road.

What date should I RSVP by? What if I don't send it in time?
Answer
Please send in your RSVP no later than August 15th so we can get an accurate headcount. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you being there with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in a timely manner and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

Is there Transportation and Lodging?
Answer
It's hard to get a quick Uber out in Weatherford/Mineral Wells, so we do recommend scheduling an uber/lyft, etc. in advance to pick you up from the Garden! Nearest hotels: Red Lion Inn & Suites Mineral Wells: 2 mi from the venue Best Western Inn Mineral Wells: 2.5 mi from the venue The Crazy Water Hotel: 5.3 mi from the venue Plus multiple Airbnbs!

But what will I wear?
Answer
We are requesting cocktail attire, but mostly we want you to dress up with us and feel your best! Texas weather can be unpredictable, especially at an outdoor wedding, so please bring a jacket in case it gets chilly after dark. Please refrain from wearing any shade of white/ivory.

What if I'm fashionably late?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, we cannot permit you to take a seat. Please wait until the end of the ceremony and then you can join the rest of the guests at cocktail hour before the reception. Please make plans to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name will be listed on your invite and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we want to keep the wedding intimate with close family and friends of the couple. In the words of Whoopi Goldberg: "I don't want strangers in my house".

Can we bring the kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, and want to accommodate them while still keeping within our guest limit! RSVP's will be specific and include the names of the children who are invited. However, we do encourage you to call that babysitter and treat your self to a date night if you can! The venue has a strict policy about unattended children, and we don't want you to miss out on the opportunity to show off your moves on the dance floor when the time comes. If your your little one is not having a good time during the ceremony, there is ample space around the garden to take them to have fun until the ceremony wraps up!

Will there be Alcohol?
Answer
Yes! The bar will include a selection of beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages. Get ready to party!

Can I bring my own Alcohol?
Answer
No! We will have a bartending service that will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and TABC regulations, no outside alcoholic drinks are permitted.

Anything else I should know?
Answer
Please help us maintain the venue. Clark Garden's in a non profit garden and we want to keep it ready for guests who are visiting the next day. Please do not dump ice/drinks into the bushes, only smoke/vape in designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts accordingly, refrain from picking the flowers, keep an eye on your little ones, and treat others with kindness! We appreciate you and cannot WAIT to celebrate with you!
