What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send your RSVPs via the wedding website at your earliest convenience, as our venue capacity is very limited and requires an exact guest list in advance of our big day. Thank you and we can't wait to see you all there!

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue(s)?

DoubleTree Hilton guests: Please visit the front desk for walking directions to Disney Springs and shuttle options.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue(s)?

Answer

Yes, when parking at Disney Springs, please arrive at least 60 minutes before any scheduled event. Complimentary parking is available in the lime and orange garage.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our wedding will be both indoors (dinner) and outdoor (ceremony and reception).

The dress code for our wedding is formal attire.

The dress code for the That's Amore Welcome Party is semi-formal.

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Wear any color that makes you happy! The bridal party will be dressed to impress in a variety of solid blues.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Due to our venue's capacity restrictions we cannot allow extra guests at this time, but we will be sure to seat you with people you will love!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 21 on our wedding day.

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is to begin promptly at 6:00pm. Our venue recommends arriving 60 minutes prior to the event if you are using the parking garage. Please note that it can take some time to find your way to the venue from the drop off location, so please allow yourself plenty of time to make it comfortably.
