Question

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception is going to be held at the same place. We are getting married at a brewery called Seven Saws Brewing Company in Holden Massachusetts. We reserved the entire place for the day so only the wedding guests will be on site that day. There will be signs on site that indicate you are in the correct location. What is the best way for me to get to the venue?

Answer

There will not be transportation to the venue. We suggest driving or taking an Uber. It is a quick 14 minute drive.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 3:30pm, we ask that you arrive within 30 minutes of the start time to ensure you are there when the wedding begins. The bar will be open prior to the wedding start time so grab a beer and bring it to the ceremony with you! We will not allow guests to enter the ceremony area once the wedding starts so try your best to be on time!

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We have the entire brewery to ourselves on the wedding day so as long as there is no rain (cross all your fingers) the ceremony will be held outside. There is indoor seating and outdoor seating as well throughout the property. If it does rain :( the ceremony will be held under a tent on the patio. We suggest bringing a sweater, coat, or jacket though incase it gets cold when the sun goes down. There are firepits we can use weather depending but it may be cold this time of year so a cover up is recommended!

Will there be a shuttle

Answer

There will be a shuttle to take guests back to the hotel after the reception. If you have had a few too many drinks and need a safe way to get back to the hotel the shuttle will be there to ensure no drinking and driving. Guests will be able to leave their cars at the brewery overnight if they decide they need to take the shuttle home to get back to the hotel safely. There will be more than 1 pick up time for the shuttle.

Is there a room block at a local hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have two hotel options to choose from in Worcester. It is a 14 minute drive from the venue. Our room block will be for Saturday 10/5/24- 10/7/24. Just an FYI there will be NO early check in for the hotel on 10/6 /24 if you decide to only stay for that night.

Is it open bar?

Answer

It is not a full open bar. There will be a partial open bar during cocktail hour. Please bring cash or a credit card to be prepared to buy drinks from the bar. The brewery has an amazing selection of beer to choose from and there will also be local wines and hard ciders to order as well. Soft drinks will be Pepsi products and will be free.

What is the attire?

Answer

Even though we are having our ceremony and reception at a brewery we would still prefer a semi casual attire from our guests. I would call it a casual cocktail. Please no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts. When should I RSVP for the wedding by?

Answer

The RSVP date is the LAST day we will be accepting responses. We hope our guests understand that we need to give our vendors headcounts in advance for the wedding. If you do not RSVP by the RSVP date than we will assume you are not able to come to the wedding and mark you down as a no and we will miss you!!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, please do not bring a plus one or inquire if you can bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named or it is specifically written for a plus one on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Can I bring my child?

Answer

Although we love all your little ones, this will be an adult only wedding unless your child was specifically named on the invitation. We do hope you understand.

Is it an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

There will be an opportunity for our guests to take pictures during the wedding and would love for you to share them with us to get picture from all the vantage points. After the opportunity for you to take pictures we will ask that you put your phones away to be present for the ceremony and let our photographer handle the photos. Remember to turn off your ringers for the ceremony :)

What time will your wedding end? Is there an after party?

Answer

The wedding will go until around 9pm. Bus transportation will start picking people up around 8:15 pm with the last pick up time being 9:15pm. There will be a gathering at the bar at the Courtyard Marriott in Worcester after the wedding (which is connected to the hotel the room black is at). The bar will be open until 12:30 am!
