We're getting married!

Alex (Carp) & Emily’s story goes back to the University of St. Thomas. They would see each other often, were involved in similar clubs, attended the same house parties and frequented the same bars. Their story didn’t start until years later though. In 2015 Emily’s good friend Bailey hosted an ugly Christmas sweater party that they both attended. Despite Alex wearing a woman’s turtleneck and a terribly ugly Christmas vest, they hit it off over Christmas cocktails. A few months later they went on their first official date (Emily later found out this was actually Carp’s good buddy, Tommy, who texted her asking her out for him). That was their first of what would be many dates! Two and a half years later, Alex got down on one knee in Stillwater, MN (a favorite town of theirs to do date weekends) and asked Emily to be his wife! They will get married a couple blocks away from that spot & they can’t wait to celebrate their love with all of you!!
