Our story begins in the Summer of 2018. We met through friends at NC State and built a friendship over the summer while playing online games. This photo is one of the first we have together!

This photo is of the first sorority date function we went to. Little did Alex know.. there would be a lot more of these in his future!

The first and only time we have been to the NC State Fair together. We had a lot of fun, but nowadays Hurricanes Hockey takes priority!

Halloween 2020!

Emily got matching onesies for Alex's 22nd birthday! This celebration was extra special as he wasn't able to celebrate his 21st due to the pandemic.

Many long study hours later, we both graduated with our bachelor's degrees. Alex got his undergraduate degree in Nuclear Engineering and Emily in Civil Engineering.

Our favorite big trip to Savannah Georgia! We had a blast, and discovered exactly how long it takes to walk across the city while allegedly inebriated.

After we moved in together, Alex found a new friend in Emily's childhood cat, Eve. Somehow, this is the only "family photo" we have.

While Eve is sadly no longer with us, she was a very important part of our lives. She required lots of care in her later years but brought us closer together and provided many laughs & happy moments.

We scored tickets to the Carolina Hurricanes Stadium Series Game! While it was extremely cold.. we had a lot of fun!

The day of the proposal! Emily was oblivious and attempted to take a nap shortly after this photo was taken, which would have ruined Alex's plans!

Through lots of convincing, a leaf blower, and a few slammed doors.. Emily made it to the beach!

After of course saying yes, Emily realized there was a photographer capturing the special moment.

After getting engaged, we went to Biltmore for Emily's Birthday!

Of course we had to take some photos with the beautiful sunflowers while visiting Biltmore!

We adopted two kittens in September! Theo (black) and Finn (orange) bring us many laughs and lots of love. They do have favorite parents, and coincidentally it is not who is holding them.
