Wedding guest shuttle pickup will be between 4:15-4:30 PM on Saturday, June 15 in front of the Aloft Fort Worth Downtown. Please plan to show up 10-15 min early as the two shuttle buses will depart for the venue at 4:30 PM. The shuttle buses will pickup at Dove Ridge to bring guests back to the Aloft after the sparkler exit at 11:00 PM.
While you will probably be able to find a rideshare driver willing to bring you out to Dove Ridge Vineyard for the wedding, the availability of Ubers and Lyfts in the Weatherford area is limited for a ride back to Fort Worth at the end of the night. We would recommend that you plan to take the wedding shuttle buses to and from the venue to alleviate any stress and cost.
Doors will open at 5 PM. The outdoor bar will also open at this time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM so be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance to get seated.
While we love your kiddos, this will be a 21+ event so we hope you can enjoy the night off.
We will have food stations with plenty of options to chose from for all dietary restrictions and preferences.
There will be an open bar at the venue but we of course always encourage tipping your bartenders!

The ceremony will be outside but will be short and sweet - we will have fans and lemonade available to help you beat the heat. Cocktail hour will be under a covered area and the reception is indoors and air-conditioned. We promise we won't let you melt :) but as our Texas friends already know, make sure to stay hydrated throughout the day!
