Resort Villas and Homes

You can rent villas (condos) or private homes directly through the Kiawah Island Resort. Please call the hotel at 1 (800) 654-2924 and request Villa Reservations or Home Reservations. Identify yourself as a part of the Berry-Miller Wedding (Group Code: #21915) to receive 10% off nightly rates. If booking online, please enter Group Code: #21915 in the comments section and note that you won’t see the discount at the time of booking; the discount will be applied after the reservation has been made. *Please note: villas have flexible stays, but all home bookings through the resort require a Saturday to Saturday rental, which is why if you are interested in renting a home, we have recommended third party sites.* Villas typically start around $300 per night.

Private Home Rentals

We strongly encourage groups of guests to utilize third party sites to book homes on Kiawah Island for our wedding weekend. Look for properties with "Resort Privileges" in order to access the pool and spa. Johns Island and Seabrook Island are NOT the same. You are welcome to stay on those islands, but please note we will not be providing transportation to/from them*
