What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Chatmoss Country Club has ample paved parking.

Is there a block of rooms reserved?

Answer

Yes, we have blocked off 20 rooms at the Hampton Inn hotel. Please book before August 30th. If you have questions, feel free to text (828)-999-0499.

Will I be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony is outside. Our reception will be inside, with access to an outdoor patio.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have dinner and drinks to follow our ceremony and cocktail hour.

Are there guidelines for attire?

Yes, please dress Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual
