Casey and Lisa have been friends since elementary school. Lisa despised Casey when they first met because Casey got Lisa out in four-square. Growing up, the two shared the same hobbies and extracurriculars. They even worked together for a little bit.

Alex and Jacob went to Jesuit High School together. Technically, they never talked to each other while Alex was at Jesuit, but they ended up becoming friends through their mutual group on Skype talking about sports and board games.

Casey met Kristi in Key Club. They attended different high schools and met in December 2012 at a community service event. Casey went on to serve under Kristi's club committee the next school year. Despite Kristi moving to SoCal after high school, they stayed close friends.
Brendon Wilson

Alex and Brendon met while waiting for their rides to pick them up after school at Jesuit and began talking about the then new hit show, Sword Art Online. Alex later joined his Skype group to play League of Legends and Team Fortress 2.

Casey and Paula met in high school through shared classes and clubs. In the summer of 2019, they both worked together at the California State Fair. The two recently tried to do a "book club" with just the two of them and they had a total of one meetup...
Michael Enriquez

Alex and Michael went to Jesuit together where they became friends on Skype playing League of Legends and gacha games like Puzzles and Dragons. They both also went to Sac State and continue their love of sharing their reviews of new food places they try.
Erica Huang

Casey and Erica also met in high school through shared classes and clubs. Erica ended up going to college in SoCal, but they made sure to stay in touch over the years. To this day, Erica enjoys racket sports, which inspired Casey to give it a try. Casey spends more time running after loose balls instead of hitting them.

Alex met Thomas while at Folsom High during a random lunch period bonding over playing games like Hearthstone and Yugioh. Getting together to "experiment" with cooking became a common hangout during college.
Angela Wong

Casey and Angela met in Circle K International at Sacramento State during Casey's club presidency year. Angela hung out with Alex and Casey often before they started dating. While on a walk together one night, Angela hurt her ankle so Casey and Alex helped carry her back home.
Marc Omas

Alex and Marc met during high school through some mutual friends on Skype and went to Sac State together where they toured the various restaurant offerings in the area. They definitely kept each other accountable on attending every class.
Phuong Mai

Casey and Phuong met in Circle K International at Sacramento State. Over the years, Phuong has always been more than willing to help Casey do her hair and makeup for events. She would also bring over food to share with Alex and Casey, after they moved near her.
Eddy Yu

Alex and Eddy were both in the computer science program at Sac State and met after Marc and Brendon brought him out to one of the food outings in between classes. They became friends over their interest in music and anime.
Seng Khang

Casey joined Circle K International in college and met Seng in 2014. The two went to SoCal to support an event. On the ride back home, the two spent the whole time talking about life and their future aspirations. Both will be celebrating their weddings this year.

Alex met Jason while hanging out with Thomas. (Jason and Thomas are cousins.) They spent a lot of time on Mumble/Skype during college playing Counter Strike, watching anime and meeting up to cook food.
