Alex’s Best Person
Alex and I met right before we started middle school and have been attached at the hip ever since. From our angsty teen days wearing all black to Chanticleers and Acapella Choir, we’ve supported each other through our milestones every step of the way. What I admire most about Alex and Bea’s relationship is their knack for balance and grace with each other. I’m looking forward to witnessing their journey in partnership and as a couple. What to expect from me for the wedding? Once my duties as the Best Person are complete, you can find me on the dance floor with a glass of wine in-hand, leading the Tamia line dance!
Benji’s Best Person / Brother
Benji and I met at Marymount Hospital back in the ’90s. As siblings, we’ve had our share of ups and downs but have grown together to form the tightest bond with deep understanding and grace. We’ve managed to have a blast throughout life and have created many incredible memories. From being teenagers in the driveway listening to Panic at the Disco! With our Gatorade bottle, to recently watching fireworks together in Ticonderoga with my new sibling Alex. Speaking of, I love Alex. The pair bring out the best in each other. Alex is solid, grounding, and on it. Mix that with Benji’s kindness, sensitivity, and warmhearted approach to life. Add in both of their great senses of humor, creativity, sass, and Petra, and you end up with one off-the-hook, love-filled household. I’m here for it; in the meantime, catch me at the wedding sipping drinks, schmoozing, and cutting a rug.
Attendant - Alex’s Brother
Hello there! I’m Jakee, Alex's little brother. We have had our ups n downs, but no one is closer to me than them. My favorite memory of me is when we were playing fighting as teens, and they threw me through the window. What I admire most about these two is how together and in sync they are. What can you expect of me at the wedding? I'll be top-flight security. * unterferer - chuppah bearer

Benji and I met when I was born. My earliest memories with them are teaching me how to play Star Fox and SuperSmash on GameCube. They also taught me to knit! I will always appreciate Bea’s patience with me as a toddler. However, some of my favorite memories of them would be going to Cooks Forest and having them here in California for my birthday! We traveled together, ate together, laughed together, fought together, all as a family. I'm proud to have Benji as a sibling and am just as pleased to welcome Alex to the family. I'm so proud of who Bea has become and am very happy to see both of their journeys grow. Let's Celebrate!!! * unterferer - chuppah bearer

I met Alex around the first year of college through our mutual best friend, Asia. Alex is genuinely my Scorpio soulmate. We have the best banter! Alex is always a friend I can truly count on. Alex and I always said if we didn’t find our person, we would have a child together. So to my almost future baby’s parent, I am glad you found your person. Okay, pickles!

Benji and I met in 2009 through our mutual friend, Bill. Looking back, I don’t think our relationship took time to develop; by 2011-2012, we were close, moving in together in 2015. I cherish our friendship; we’ve shared anything and everything with one another. Most recently, when thinking of Benji, I think of their dependability on my wedding day and the kind words at the reception. Alex and Benji are a wonderful couple, and I couldn’t have imagined a better match for Benji. I look forward to having a hell of a good time at the wedding, but even more excited for the years and years of memories ahead.

I met Alex on a popular networking app back in early 2019. We quickly bonded over our love of drag and shared life experiences. One of my favorite memories w/ Alex and B has to be the time spent in Pittsburgh. There, I witnessed firsthand the love and companionship they share. On the big day, one can expect to see me dancing, smashing, and maybe shed a few tears. What you should not expect, though, is a goodbye. * unterferer - chuppah bearer

I am honored and excited to be an attendant for Bea and Alex on their wedding day! I’ve known Bea for more than 20 years and count them as one of my most important relationships and dearest friends. We’ve grown up together and seen each other through many stages in our lives and it is so special watching the love that Bea and Alex have for each other. There are so many fun and meaningful memories I have of Bea - spending 2 weeks exploring France together, Bea losing their pants in the hospital during the birth of Arabella, standing next to me at both of my weddings, celebrating their art show debut - just to name a few. I’m so excited to be standing in support of them in as they take this next big step. Cheers to Bea & Alex! I’m wishing them a lifetime of love and happiness ❤️

I first met Alex during the summer of 2021 while visiting Cleveland for work. We shared a strong passion for our work in healthcare and quickly connected over shared interests. I’ve enjoyed the ways I’ve gotten to know Alex and Bea over the last couple of years, whether by going on hikes in Yellow Springs, seeing Beyoncé together, or just sending favorite music tracks to each other. I’m so excited to continue supporting Alex and Bea as they continue their lives as a couple.

Brad met Benji over 20 years ago in Chagrin, and they have remained friends ever since. Benji has always been proud, and a little bit jealous, of Brad’s accomplishment of being the Co-Founder & President of the Recycling Club at Chagrin. They have stayed friends by attending dance parties, sober sledding, watching scary movies, and sharing music. Benji and Alex are the best kind of friends to have. They exemplify all the characteristics of what makes a person special. They are both loving, giving, fearless, and confident. Brad can’t wait to watch their love grow and is truly blessed to be able to stand up with them on their day. * unterferer - chuppah bearer
