Four years before January 20, Nathan and I became Facebook friends. On my 19th birthday, Nathan was the first one to send a happy birthday message. I thought nothing of it until a couple weeks later when Nathan posted getting his commercial pilot's license. I thought you know I'll just tell him congratulations. Nathan slid into my DM's and asked me out on a date since class was cancelled. That night I witnessed the first man to come to the door to get me, take me to my favorite restaurant, Logan's, stroll around Opry Mills Mall, ice skate downtown Nashville, enjoy a delicious cupcake from Sprinkles, and then parked at an over view for 3 hours where we talked nonstop. Nathan ended the night with just a hug. No kiss. He was the perfect gentleman. Ever since then I knew he was the one.
We started off the day going horseback riding. Just enjoying a nice trail ride or should I say trail run, which is all a huge passion of mine. Afterwards, we headed off to the Lebanon airport to check out a plane for Nathan's work. I figured he would just surprise me with a plane ride to another city close by. Before I knew it he takes out a box and gets down on one knee. I screamed, "YES!" and we were engaged. We can't wait to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you all at Grace Valley Farm!
