Update: Shuttle busses will depart from hotel at 4:30pm to the Westmount Country Club. If you miss this shuttle you will be responsible for finding your own transportation to the venue. We have a courtesy room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Fairfield, NJ. Please book quickly as rooms are limited. Check-In: Wednesday, October 11, 2023 | Check-Out: Friday, October 13, 2023 This reduced rate is available for both Wednesday, October 11 (night before the wedding) and Thursday, October 12 (night of the wedding). However, you are not obligated to stay both nights, but will still get the discounted rate for either night. The cutoff date to make reservations is September 20th, 2023. After this date, any remaining rooms will be released back into the hotel system. Please book as early as possible as there are currently 20 rooms reserved for our block. You can either make reservations directly through the attached link (see below) or contact the hotel at (973) 575-5777 and reference the Calandrillo & Chaparro Wedding. A shuttle will be provided to and from the Westmount for all guests who reserve a room using the link below. If you do not reserve your room using our designated link, you will be responsible for finding your own transportation to and from the Westmount. In addition, there will be a complimentary breakfast in the newly renovated lobby. The hotels check in time is any time after 3pm and check out time will be 12pm noon. You can request an early check in, however it may not be guaranteed.
