Question
When do I need to book the hotel by?
Answer
All reservations must be made by the end of February 2024! We have reserved a room block at the hotel that guarantees a discounted rate of $439/night for double occupancy, $385/night for single occupancy. After this date there will be no more guaranteed rooms. We recommend booking before the holidays so you don't forget, also you can always cancel and get money back up to 3 weeks before (see cancellation policy faq). Please contact us if you are looking for a roommate!

Can I stay at another hotel?
Answer
You will not be able to attend the wedding if you stay at a different hotel, and you will be subject to day pass fees at the resort. This is a beautiful all-inclusive with great food and drinks. We highly encourage everyone to at least stay the night of the 14th and 15th at this hotel so we can spend time with guests aside from just the wedding night.

How do I book my room?
Answer
Go to this website and use the code SPRINGER24 when booking. However, it should automatically add the code when you proceed with the reservation. When you move through the reservation process, the room will be $439 for two guests per night. What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Answer
Per Pueblo Bonito Policy: If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded. Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night. If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for your confirmed stay.

Will there be kids?
Answer
No. We will all enjoy the kid free bars and pools the whole weekend! If you have a baby/ kid we would still like you to come, but you'll have to stay at the family all inclusive Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort which is right next door. We do not have a room block here, so you can go online and make a regular room reservation without our code.

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
No. There are airport shuttles for hire, taxis, and uber to get to the hotel. The hotel has it's own free bus to transport guests to downtown Cabo, sister hotels across town, and the beach.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding will be on the beach. It will be warm with hopefully a light breeze of ocean air.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire. It will be warm, so please dress comfortably for the weather and for dancing. But also Mel will be very hot in her big poofy wedding dress and if you want to commiserate with her please feel free (but don't wear a wedding dress). Also life is too short to wear boring clothes. Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes. We want you to have a good time. Basically there will be an open bar for the whole time you are at the resort because it's all-inclusive.

What's the best way to get to the hotel?

Please don't bring us any gifts unless it's tiny! We won't have room to bring lots of gifts home. Check out our registry if you'd like to give us anything!
