If you’re flying in, you’ll want to fly to the Sacramento airport. We’d also recommend this Springhill Suites by Marriott in Auburn for the best location!  The are also many hotels in the neighboring town of Rocklin/Roseville but it is about a 30 minute drive up to the venue as well as over to the temple in Rancho Cordova.
