If we are being technical, the first time Chris and I met was at a Buffalo Wild Wings in Manchester, CT with a group of common friends and I fell asleep at the table halfway through, but anyway.... The first time we spoke was at a party Chris' Fraternity was throwing. Since Chris and I both went to the University of Connecticut, we naturally had some of the same friends, so we were formally introduced by one of our mutual friends and the rest is history!

In March of 2020 (weeks before the COVID lockdowns), Chris and I traveled to Napa, California where we fell in love with the beautiful landscapes and high-quality wines but our favorite visit was Merryvale Vineyards. Fast forward to 2022, Chris and I traveled back to Napa in search of the same experience. On our second full day there, we had a tasting and tour at Merryvale. We walk into the Vineyard and were helped by what was apparently a new employee. Per Chris, we were supposed to check-in, go right on the tour then walk into the room where he was going to propose, but the new employee brought us into the room that was all set up with candles first! But in the end, we were taken on the tour and walked back into the barrel room where Chris proposed. The vacation ended with many phone calls to family to share our excitement (and funny story) and we could not have been happier. We're very excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Connecticut!
